This website does not use cookies and does not use any tracking or analytics scripts. All fonts and assets are served directly from our own server — no third-party requests are made when you visit.
Local storage
We store two small items in your browser's local storage for functional purposes only: your display preferences (animation settings) and anonymous rate-limiting timestamps to prevent form spam. No personal data is stored in local storage.
Contact form data
The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit via our contact form (name, email, phone, message) or by emailing us directly. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry. Your submission is processed by an automated spam-screening system powered by Anthropic, Inc. (USA) before being delivered to us — no submission content is stored by Anthropic beyond the processing of that single request. We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted.
Third-party data transfers
Form submissions are briefly processed by Anthropic's API (United States) for spam detection. This constitutes a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Anthropic, Inc. participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and maintains appropriate safeguards under GDPR Article 46.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent us. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@10kautomations.com. We will respond within 30 days.
